Harvest 2021

The harvest is over!

After a difficult year, especially with the frost episode, we had a satisfying and qualitative harvest.

It was with a lag of almost 2 weeks compared to 2020 that we started the harvest. We initially concentrated on the white grape varieties: Grenache blanc, Roussanne and Viognier as well as on the Rosés. We then continued with the red grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre for our traditional vinifications as well as our carbonic macerations.

Now let's the winemaking starting! We will come back to you to present the 2021 vintage.
